Kalanchoe orgyalis

Kalanchoe orgyalis has oval-shaped leaves. The top of the leaf is bronze coloured and covered in small “hairs”, while the underside of the leaf is a silvery-grey colour.

Caring for kalanchoe

1) Kalanchoe luciae succulents require soil with good drainage to grow. If you cannot provide partial shade for the plant, exposing it to direct sunlight will cause sunburn.

2) If the kalanchoe gets the needed amount of sunlight, its leaves will have a rich red appearance.

3) Kalanchoe is a monocarpic plant. This means that the parent succulent will dry up and die after flowering.

4) Kalanchoe is a drought-tolerant plant, so it can survive for a long time without water. The best watering technique for the copper spoon plant is the “soak and dry” method that involves allowing the soil to dry out totally before resuming watering.

5) Propagated by offsets or leaf cuttings
