Aloe castilloniae

Aloe castilloniae is a species of flowering plant in the family Asphodelaceae. It is endemic to the south of Madagascar, where it grows in calcareous cliffs and rocky ridges in the Mahafaly plateau.

Caring for aloe


1) Aloe require full sun, at least 6 hours of sun a day to achieve deep vibrant colours


2) Water thoroughly once soil dries out, avoid leaving the soil dry for too long


3) Heat tolerant species that is easily acclimated to Singapore's climate


4) Well draining soil mix


5) Repot every 6 months to encourage root growth
